Shipping

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

  • Orders are processed generally within 1-3  business days.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Local Pickup

  • Available at 5161 Soquel Drive, Suite E in Soquel, during hours in a text or email that you will receive once your order is fulfilled + ready for pickup.

  • We’ll email or text you when your order is ready.

Returns & Refunds — Products

  • Unopened, unused products: return within 14 days for store credit or exchange.

  • Opened/used products: non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

  • Defective products: per California law, defective items will be replaced, repaired, or refunded.

Refunds — Services

  • Prepaid services: non-refundable but may be rescheduled with required notice.

  • Gift cards and prepaid packages: non-refundable, but valid per CA law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit.

Final Sale Items

  • Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale unless defective.
