Our Services

We offer in-person and virtual skincare consultations, advanced facial treatments, and carefully curated retail products. Service details and pricing are listed on our website and may change without notice.

Appointments & Cancellations

  • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, may be charged the service fee.

  • Arriving late may shorten your service time to keep us on schedule.

Product Purchases

  • All products are subject to availability and may sell out.

  • If an item is unavailable, we may offer a similar alternative or notify you when it’s restocked.

Health & Safety

  • Please share any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications before your service or product purchase.

  • While we take every precaution, we cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions if relevant information is not disclosed.

Gift Cards & Prepaid Packages

  • In accordance with California law, gift cards never expire and carry no fees.

  • Prepaid service packages are valid for 1 year from purchase unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Derma Bella Skin Studio and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services or products provided.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Santa Cruz County, California.
